Advice on a wakesurfer

Does anyone have any input on if a TT wake surfer is a good option for strapless kiting, or i should stick with a directional style.

I like the option to ride it as a wakeskate, but the bigger size is more approaite for kiting. I also want to use it in small lake surf.
