Early season action - Toronto, Can

Up here in toronto it's been pretty warm lately (around 45F which is crazy for Feb in canada) - ice was clear at my local spot so a buddy and i decided to get out there. Lit on 12's in 38degree water in the beaut sunshine we hit it for about 2 hrs...

Rode my custom 5'6" the whole time - bailed a few - first time in booties.


Rocked a 5/3 steamer with a 3/2 shortie under - hood - and 5mm gloves..

Another friend was out riding the inner bay on his snowboard while we sessioned the water about 300ft away.

here's my first ugly toeside turn of the season..


Lookin good for dawn tomorrow am... 50's and windy...
