Are you riding a Phase5? Looks like it with the green bottom. Looks like a nice buttery flat water spot. Where do you ride?

Yes its a Zap but a carbon boomhower model. I ride for them and thats the model I like best for skimboarding. Im not sure what will work the best for kiting yet. Im at the University of North florida in jacksonville. That spot is Hugunaut park . Not sure how its spelled. My roomates and I are actually hosting a colligate contest next weekend(Oct 18th and 19th), should be really fun if anyone wants to come and support it. ShouIld be really fun whether there is wind or not. It will be held on 6th ave south, jacksonville beach.

Shredpup, you are stoked to ride at Hugenot. It's one of, if not the windiest riding spots in FL. In the winter, the waves are good in JAX beaches and I'm sure you will kick ass on a regular surfboard and a kite. Thanks for the photos. I just got a Phase 5 that looks exactly like yours.

Was there much difficulty for you to transfer your (regular) skim-tricks to the same under kite-power?
~ just curious.
